If you have any problems at Edge Hill Care Home we are here to listen and assist you at all times.

We understand the safety and well-being of your loved one is paramount when they are in care so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to raise any issues or concerns you may have. Simply contact us via our contact form and choose your subject as ‘I have a concern’ and it will go direct to the manager. At Edge Hill it is our aim to give staff, relatives and patients the power to flag up any problems so they can be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
